Returns Policy

This Returns Policy is in addition to the Refund section (15) of our Terms.

• If you are not completely happy with your order we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all its labels intact.
• Please make sure that briefs, shortys or thongs are tried on over your own underwear.
• We will refuse returns where this has obviously not been done.
• UK returns need to be received back within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please allow 4 days for postage.
• Please obtain a proof of delivery for all returns sent.
• Postage and packaging is not refundable but you will not have to pay for additional postage if you request an exchange.
• When returning good please mark your package RETURNED GOODS.
• The address your parcel needs to be returned to is BRAZ, The Stables, Castleview Farm, Castleview Road, Easthorpe, Nottingham. NG13 0DX.
