Fitting

1. The correct way to put on your bra:

Follow our easy-to-follow bra-fitting guide and your bra should feel fabulous.

Firstly, adjust your straps so they are at their maximum length, put your arms in to them and lean forward in to the cups of your bra before hooking your bra at the back.

Once you have done this then put the bra straps on to your shoulders.

Then, you need to adjust the bra so that your breasts are correctly positioned.

Put your hand in to the cup of the bra and lift your breast, ensure that the wire of the bra is positioned so it is resting on the ribcage and not pinching any breast tissue.

The next step is the fun bit! – check the wires are in the correct place and hold them there while you lean forward and shake your stuff!

This will make you breasts fall in to the cup so they are perfectly positioned when you stand straight.

Finally you need to adjust the bra straps so they are comfortable and gently supporting your breasts.

Ensure they are not too tight – the bra band provides the main support, and the straps provide light finishing support. The back of your bra should not ride up:

Once the straps are the correct length, you will not need to adjust them again in the future. This is how the right size should look:

2. Find the right size bra for you:

There are many ideas and theories on finding the right size bra for you. Most of them are extremely mathematical and require the help of a tape measure.

After years of experience designing and developing the perfect bra for larger cup sizes, the team at KEIA believe that the best way to find the perfect fitting bra, is to trust the customer.

All our garments give excellent shape, support and comfort – if you have all three of these things, then you have the right size bra.

All women’s bodies are unique, which includes our breasts. The size, shape, weight and volume dictate the right bra, not a standard measurement.

Our breasts change over time as well, due to weight gain/loss, pregnancy, age, and for many other reasons. It is important to feel happy and comfortable in the bra you wear. It is also important for you to feel attractive and confident in the bra you wear.

These are our top tips for choosing the right bra for you:

·    The bra band should fit around your body and should not be loose.

·    The bra band should be horizontal across your back and not rise in the middle.

·    You should be able to fit two fingers under the bra band:

·    The underwires of the bra should rest smoothly on the ribcage.

·    Your breasts should fill the cup and the fabric should be smooth with no wrinkles. This is how a bra looks when the cups are too big:

Your breasts should not spill out of the cups, as the cup should fully support the breast tissue no matter what shape bra you are wearing:
